“Israel Carrillo Siliézar is a Costa Rican born musician with a master’s degree in violin performance received at California State University, Los Angeles. He has performed with different orchestras across the United States, Latin America and Europe, as well as participated as a violin teacher in multiple music festivals in Costa Rica, El Salvador and Mexico. He is currently located in Los Angeles performing as part of the R.C.R chamber group, giving lessons at Maurock Music Academy and working in other projects.”

Marvin’s largest accomplishments have been winning and participating in various talent shows. In addition, Marvin was allowed to perform at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in January, 2004. In 2005, he was awarded gold medalist for the NAACP ACT-SO Los Angeles Chapter, and went on to perform as a national youth competitor for the NAACP ACT-SO youth Olympics. Marvin was also awarded the 2005 first place winner of the talent competition for the Georgia Laster Branch of the National Association of Negro Musicians. In the summer of 2006, Marvin represented the Western Region in the National Usher Board music scholarship competition, where he earned the first place title. In April 2007, and April 2008 Marvin experienced the joy of winning the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity’s, 12 District, 62nd and 63rd Annual Talent Hunt competitions.

Mauricio D. Ortiz is an Ecuadorian Guitarist, Educator, Producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He is best known as Maurock with more of 10 years of experience in variety of musical genres. Completed studies at Musicians Institute in Los Angeles, CA. With record of success in teaching private guitar lessons as well some group lessons, composition, performance and recording. Creative and artistic with excellent and friendly communication skills. Also knowledgeable in digital audio production. Instruments taught include acoustic & electric guitar, nylon spanish guitar as well bass guitar and piano. I have taught students from the age of five to over sixty. Styles taught include rock, blues, jazz, pop rock, latin, metal, funk, and classical. Effective and friendly communicator with well-developed instructional and presentation skills. Able to relate a student of all types with various goals and create long term constructive relationships. Worked as a Music coach with kids in the spectrum (Asperger Syndrome).
